Do you want to work with HR issues in a professional and inspiring organization with an important mission? We are looking for an HR specialist for the HR department's unit for management support in healthcare.
About us
The HR department is part of the regional director's staff and is led by the HR director. The HR department has a county-wide responsibility for the region's HR processes and is organized into the units: Management support in healthcare, Management support for regional operations, Work environment & competence development, and Recruitment and labor market. Together, we work to ensure that the region's operations receive professional HR support. The management support unit within healthcare has about 20 employees located in Eskilstuna and Nyköping. One of our colleagues will be on parental leave, and we are therefore looking for a substitute for the office in Eskilstuna!
Your tasks
As an HR specialist with us, you will be offered a varied assignment where you work both operationally and strategically with business-related personnel issues within healthcare. You will support managers in their operational, personnel, and employer responsibilities. The tasks are broad within the entire HR area. We work closely with the managers, and you will become the contact person for some operations. You will belong to a friendly and unpretentious group. The group consists of both experienced and newer HR specialists. We have an open climate and help each other.
Your competence
We see that you, as an applicant, have a university degree from a human resources program or education that we consider equivalent. We would like you to have relevant experience in HR work where you have provided consultative support to managers. It is also an advantage if you have good knowledge of labor law and experience in applying current laws and collective agreements. A valid B driver's license is a requirement as we travel within the county.
As a person, you feel secure in the role of employer representative and have a professional and solution-focused approach. You have a good ability to work independently and in a structured manner and to drive cases from start to finish. You also have good collaboration skills. Personal qualities are highly valued.
